What Is Credit Sale (Open Account Terms)

Credit sale (OA terms) is a premium cooperation solution for qualified clients, allowinggoods delivery first and payment later. This method effectively reduces clients’ capital pressure and improves cash flow efficiency.

All credit-order transactions are fully insured by Sinosure (China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation). Both parties are protected against commercial and political risks.

Eligible Clients

Long-term Cooperative Clients

Clients with stable cooperation history, good credit performance and no overdue payment records.

Legally Registered Enterprises

Formal company registration, stable business operation and qualified market reputation.

Sinosure Insurable Buyers

Buyer entity and country/region are within Sinosure underwriting coverage.

Credit Sale Application Process

1. Submit Credit Application

Client provides company documents and applies for credit line approval.

2. Sinosure Credit Evaluation

We submit buyer information to Sinosure for credit assessment, risk review and official credit limit approval.

3. Sign Credit Terms Agreement

Confirm official credit line, payment term, rules and responsibilities for long-term credit cooperation.

4. Production & Shipment

Orders are executed within the approved credit limit. All shipping documents are filed in the Sinosure system.

5. Payment Within Agreed Term

Client completes payment before the due date to finish the credit transaction.

Credit Terms Rules & Protection

Credit Limit: Approved by Sinosure based on buyer’s financial status and credit profile, recyclable for regular orders.

Payment Term: Standard terms include 30 / 45 / 60 days OA, subject to official agreement.

Risk Guarantee: All credit sales are 100% insured by Sinosure to cover non-payment risks.

Overdue Regulation: Overdue payment will affect future credit limits and may result in suspension of credit terms.

To accelerate credit review, clients need to provide:• Business License / Company Registration Certificate

                • Additional supporting documents required by Sinosure
